We use SF Express professional temperature-controlled delivery to ensure your pet’s fresh meals arrive in optimal condition.
Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery across Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands.Delivery Methods
SF Express frozen delivery (with insulated bag)
Dry goods delivery
Temperature-controlled service: frozen (-18°C to -15°C) and ambient (17°C to 22°C) dual-temperature delivery
Self pick-up: available by appointment at our food production facility

Delivery Time
Standard orders: dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation, delivery in approximately 2–5 days
Monthly meal plans: dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation, delivery in approximately 5–10 days (100g monthly plans are treated as standard orders)
Shipping Fees
Frozen orders: free delivery for orders over HK$600; HK$50 shipping fee for orders below HK$600
Dry goods orders: free delivery for orders over HK$400; HK$50 shipping fee for orders below HK$400
Mixed Order Note
If an order includes both frozen and dry goods, shipping fees will be calculated separately (HK$50 + HK$50). Each category will be waived once its respective free shipping threshold is met.
Receiving Instructions
Important: Please store all products in a -18°C freezer within 1 hour upon receipt.
Check the package condition immediately upon delivery
If there is any damage or thawing, please take photos and contact us right away
We recommend arranging someone to receive the delivery to avoid prolonged exposure outside
Failed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery, SF Express will arrange redelivery or self pick-up. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
